Thank you for giving my children Your Word and for giving me the insight to release its power into their lives. May they exercise the power of the Word in their own lives by learning to adhere to, trust in, and rely on it! 1 Thes 2:13

When my children are knowingly or unknowingly walking in sin, cause their hearts to soften. May they hear and heed Your messengers rather than mock Your rebukes. Yes, gossip really does sting back and those innocent white lies are still entrances for the enemy. There are natural consequences to sin … may my children repent…

As my children charge through their day and face the many battles waiting for them outside our door (and in their own hearts) make Your presence known. Let them know You have their back so they may confidently traverse the path You have set before them. Deuteronomy 20:1 

May my children feel secure enough to approach You honestly with the secret struggles of their mind … for You promise to keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast because he trusts in You! Isaiah 26:3

If my children were a car joy would be their fuel and You would be the filling station. May my children recognize and receive once and for all the profound and life changing truth … fill up each day on Your Word … and have the power to pull off the purpose You have placed…

Do not let my children’s hearts be troubled, distressed, or agitated. Show them the Way, the Truth, and the Life… give me the words to pray over them to help my children see You and know that You are the living God able to calm their hearts. Jn 14:1
