Focus my children. Reveal to them the purpose You have placed in their hearts so they don’t waste time and energy chasing someone else’s dream. Pr 4:27

Let my children organize their time and follow through with their plans. In doing so, they won’t be consumed by the busyness of life and the frantic “catch-up” which steals their peace. Fill my children with joy. Teach them to know that true joy comes from thankfulness and displaying gratitude through their actions. Thank You for rescuing them from the kingdom of darkness and placing them in the Kingdom of Your Son! Colossians 1:11-13

As we remember the historical winds of terror brought upon our nation by enemies, let those memories serve to remind us that we are ONE nation under God. That united as one body, each taking our place to serve the needs of our fellow Americans… as well as future generations… that the enemy will fall…

Keep my children from jumping to false conclusions. When they see each other seemingly displeasing You, let them take the time to ask for each other’s explanation. Most likely, all is well, as the Israelites discovered of their brethren in the matter of the Lord’s alter near the Jordan. Jos 22

May my children look to God alone for direction and not become dependent on the world to define who they will become. 1Sa 8:19-20
