Place a burning desire in my children’s hearts to read your Word… for every answer to every problem they are facing today can be found in their Bible. The printed words are like pipes, transporting life giving water into their souls… but they must learn to connect themselves to the source of Your joy, comfort, peace, and prosperity by actually reading the Word! (Ma 15:6, Jn 1:14, Jn 7:37-38
May my children learn to abide in the Shadow of the Almighty by taking cover in Your light and letting You expose their sin so they may work to overcome it. In doing so, they embark on a journey of divine favor and protection. Ps 91
Give my children a humble spirit that they may come before You and ask You to help their weakness of faith… so that You can begin transforming their heart and teaching them that all things are possible to those that believe. Mk 9:23-24
My children give me hope and joy. They are my proud reward. Though sometimes separated, my heart will never leave them, and we will stand together before our Lord Jesus when He comes back again. 1Th 2:17-19
Give my children the drive to know You intimately then help them understand it won’t happen overnight. Let my children witness me taking the time and effort to become deeply acquainted with You so that they will have the faith to pursue a relationship with You that is so close that you will walk together…
My children will constantly listen to and obey Jesus. This is a direct command from You! I will do the same. Mark 9:7
May my children look to God alone for direction and not become dependent on the world to define who they will become. 1Sa 8:19-20
