Teach my children the power of prayer. Show them that You rescue others because of our prayers and that many will give thanks to God when those prayers we have been diligently praying for them are answered. 2Co 1:11

Show them that forgiveness is defined by their actions… and that if they truly forgive someone who has offended or hurt them… their actions towards that person will communicate that fact. Keep my children away from complaining and arguing. Help them live clean, innocent lives as children of God in a dark world full of crooked and perverse people. Philippians 2:14-15

Let no one deceive my children with persuasive arguments. Give them complete understanding that all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ. Knit my children together with strong ties to other believers so they will always abide in You. Colossians 2:2-4 

Thank You Father for breaking the hold sin had over my children. May they receive this incredible gift by faith, believing that through Christ, they have the power to resist sin. I am so grateful that You have made a way for us to travel from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God…

Let the words of Christ, in all their richness, live in my children’s hearts and make them wise. They will use His words to teach and council each other and sing to God with thankful hearts. Colossians 3:16
