May those who care for my children find rest. Your Word teaches us that the natural path away from depression, lack of perspective, and a sense of hopelessness is to rest our bodies, receive the love being poured out to us by friends, and banish the whispers of fear by replacing them with Your voice…

May my children remain practical and stand firm against the enemy using the tools they have worked with all of their lives. Just as You prepared David to battle Goliath with a slingshot and a stone, thank You for preparing my children to face their giants according to their experiences and skill set. Samuel 17:39

Give my children the wisdom necessary to understand the magnitude of Christ’s sacrifice. You teach us that sin has earthly consequences and You also teach us how to avoid the eternal consequences of our sin.
