Give my children the wisdom of Joseph. To know that God is in control of our lives at all times, even in long times of trouble. May they grow in this time so they will be prepared to accomplish God’s will when the pieces fall into place. And they will! Ge 45:8  

Make my children’s roots grow down into Christ and draw up nourishment from Him, so they will grow in faith, strong and vigorous in the truth. Let their lives overflow with thanksgiving for all You have done! Colossians 2:7

Help my children grasp that Your promises apply only under covenant relationship. Let them understand that You never break Your promises… but if my children choose to break covenant with You by living in unrepentant disobedience… they have broken the covenant and ultimately their conduit in receiving You promises. 1 Chron 28:9

Reveal to my children their unique gifts. Give them the wisdom and courage to manage them well so that your generosity can flow through them. 1Pt 4:10

I pray my children learn this pattern: seek You, listen, trust You, then praise You while they wait! Help my children understand that praising You is the KEY to unlocking Your power into their current situation. Whenever my children pray, they must forgive anything they have against anyone so that their Father in heaven will also forgive them! If they do not, neither will their Father in heaven forgive them! Mk 11:25-26
