Teach my children to speak their truth … to know who they are, why they are here … and have the courage to live accordingly. God, You gave each of my children a plan and a purpose and through Jesus Christ they will discover their own personal truth … and when they do and choose…

My children will merrily traverse the path You have laid before them and never give up, even during trials. You will send wise travel companions to accompany them when needed, equip them with everything they need to persevere, and send encouraging supporters when they must walk alone. They are blessed. God speaks to us through the magic of music. Hearing a new song sometimes puts a bounce in our step or a smile on our face that lasts all day, or an instrumental arrangement that for some inexplicable reason fill our eyes with tears… thank You for these little previews of heaven while on this…

May my children STOP trying to humanize God. Yes, He loves those we perceive as bad… as much as those we perceive as good. We tend to love people based on their actions… God loves them based on who He is! Ps 107:15-20

May my children wake up today and see only two people groups, those in Christ Jesus and those not. I pray they lavish love on both groups of people. Galatians 3:28

Keep my children from believing the lie that the thing they desire most will bring them the happiness they so desperately crave (be it a relationship, their health, a certain possession, financial security, etc…). Teach my children that true happiness comes when they trust You for what they need, knowing if it’s right You’ll provide…
