Let the spirit of Christ grow strong in my children, for that is the assurance that they will share in his glory. May Christ’s mighty power mature in them so they can share His glory with others. Col 1:27  

Praying repetitive empty words blocks my children’s prayers from reaching You. May they talk to You from their hearts! Mt 6:7-8

Today, each of my children will encounter at least one person who is hurting … whether they recognize the pain or not. May my children be the encouragers of this world bringing hope and joy to everyone they meet. When my children are hurting, I pray they realize You haven’t turned your back on them…

My children will not be hindered by their past mistakes. When thoughts of hurt and betrayal enter their thoughts today, remind my children that You gave Your Son for their forgiveness … so they appreciate Your ultimate act of sacrifice so that they may live a free, peaceful, and joy filled life. Lord, help my children run with exuberance. Give them endurance by stripping off every weight that slows them down. Teach them to keep their eyes on Jesus and know that they are His joy. Heb 12:1-2

May my children add You to their speed dial … calling on You first when they have a problem. Their faith grows as they stand firm and believe You can bring comfort and victory to their lives. 2Chronicles 20:17
