Everyone has problems. Help my children see theirs differently and know that a problem is a sign they have a promise! As they suffer temporary situations or the actions of others they will learn to trust that You are steadfast and Your plan is to bless them… that as they suffer trials… if they persevere… not only will their character grow but so will their level of blessing!

May my children witness my joy and know the source by the way I live. I pray they find their way to my well and grow dependent on Your Living Water! The world entices with flashy and instant gratification, show my children there is a better way. Use me! John 10:10, John 7:37-38
Keep my children from busying themselves with other people’s affairs rather than doing their own work. I will correct them as needed without becoming weary or losing heart in doing right. I will be consistent. 1Th 3:11-13
Teach my children the power of Selah (pause and reflect.) Don’t allow them to race through life without capturing the meaning. When they experience those ‘ahhh’ moments, they will pause, give thanks for Your constant companionship in their lives, and then strive to comprehend that You were there all along. Ps 3:1-8
When my children throw a pity-party for themselves, help them stop! Open their eyes to the immediate needs of others around them and let them find ways to help, prayers to pray and, above all … offer unconditional love. Psalms 25:16
I pray my children speak with You this morning, saying to You, “All You command us we will do, and wherever You send us we will go.” Jos 1:16
My children will be the salt of this earth, daily preserving the attribute of Christ within them so they may bring forth Your love to a hurting world. Leviticus 2:13, Mark 9:50
