Give my children the drive to know You intimately, then help them understand it won’t happen overnight. Let my children witness me taking the time and effort to become deeply acquainted with You so that they will have the faith to pursue a relationship with You that is so close that you will walk together whatever comes.

Give my children a hunger for Your word. Place them under the care of teachers and spiritual leaders who are strong Christians so they may further grow in truth. Expose false teachers sent by the enemy to shift their focus and energy to unworthy things. Keep them on guard so they don’t find themselves valuing…
Let no one deceive my children with persuasive arguments. Give them complete understanding that all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ. Knit my children together with strong ties to other believers so they will always abide in You. Col 2:2-4
Use me to fill up anything that may still be missing in my children’s faith. Make their love grow and overflow for each other and to everyone else so that Christ will make their hearts strong, blameless, and holy when they stand before You on judgment day. Th 3:12-13
Thank You for making my children free to run, free to dance, free to live for You! May they embrace this amazing gift and make the most of this day… it’s not over yet… the best is yet to come! Jn 8:36
