Help me take my tired hands and stand firm on my shaky legs. Give me wisdom to mark out a straight path for my feet. Then my children who are following me will not stumble and fall but will become strong.
Heb 12:12-13
Help me take my tired hands and stand firm on my shaky legs. Give me wisdom to mark out a straight path for my feet. Then my children who are following me will not stumble and fall but will become strong.
Heb 12:12-13
When Jesus died he did not leave my children an inheritance of junk, he left them His most prized possession … His peace. I pray my children learn the combination to the safe (submission to the Holy Spirit) and choose to withdraw peace from their ‘trust account’ daily. I say choose because it is up…
Don’t let my children be discouraged by correction. Remind them that You discipline those You love, and punish those You accept as your children. Heb 12:5-6
Teach my children the secret of living in every situation, how to get along happily whether they have much or little: For I can do everything with the help of Christ who gives me the strength I need. Php 4:12-13
When my children feel trapped and alone along the path You set before them, tell them to fear not and stand firm, confident and undismayed. You promised to fight for them so they will not lose their peace as they rest in the comfort of Your embrace… like a small child in his father’s arms….
My children already possess everything they need to accomplish what they were sent to do. I pray they open their eyes and their hearts to the will of God and learn their mission … for they are equipped with the perfect tools to arrive at their destination … not anyone else’s. 1 Peter 1:3-4
Give my children the wisdom of Joseph to know that God is in control of our lives at all times, even in long times of trouble. May they grow in this time so they will be prepared to accomplish God’s will when the pieces fall into place. And they will! Genesis 45:8
