Lord, help my children run with exuberance. Give them endur- ance by stripping off every weight that slows them down. Teach them to keep their eyes on Jesus and know that they are His joy. Hebrews 12:1-2

Give my children a humble spirit that they may come before You and ask You to help their weakness of faith … so that You can begin transforming their heart and teaching them that all things are possible to those that believe. Mark 9:23-24

Show my children that the true church isn’t a building but Christ’s body. Help them see that they are a vital part of that body and lead them to take their place. Open their hearts to receive Christ so they may receive the benefits of His presence. Eph 1:22-23

I pray your sword pierces my children’s souls so that the secret thoughts and purposes of their hearts may be brought out and disclosed… and if what they see is not pretty… I pray my children wake up, repent, and receive forgiveness. In doing so they will feel a spring in their step! Lk 2:35

I pray my children know You through Jesus… for He is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to You but through Jesus! May they humble themselves and finally accept that they can NOT earn Your love, forgiveness, devotion, or salvation! John 14:6

Gift my children with your Holy Spirit, giving them vision, inspiring them with creative ideas, introducing them to the right people, and empowering them to do the job. Fill them completely with faith and the love of Jesus Christ. Have mercy on them because of their sin and use them as examples to other sinners…
