Let my children experience sorrow and deep grief for the wrong things they have done. They will come to You and ask forgiveness, therefore entering Your kingdom by humbling themselves. The world around us is under the power and control of the evil one. My children are safe, Your Son holds them securely so that the evil one cannot get his hands on them. Keep my children away from anything that might take Your place in their hearts. 1John 5:18-19

Stop my children from praying for show! Don’t let them become like the hypocrites who love to stand and pray in the churches and street corners so they can be seen by men … for if they do their reward will come from men and not from You. Matthew 6:5

As my children mature allow me to give them the dignity of making more and more of their own mistakes and then letting them learn from those experiences. They belong to You not me… keep me from hindering You from working in their lives by over parenting. Ro 12:16, 14:3, 14:23

When my children choose to live by Your Spirit, give them a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time so they don’t get discouraged and give up. Show them opportunities to do good so they may please You. Gal 6:8-10
