Lord, help my children run with exuberance. Give them endurance by stripping off every weight that slows them down. Teach them to keep their eyes on Jesus and know that they are His joy. Hebrews 12:1-2
I pray my children hear You when You speak to them… through pastors, their Bibles, nature, songs, whispers, and sometimes my voice. You speak to them throughout the day gently nudging them in the direction of Your will… may they seek You and be aware of Your constant presence. Rev 2:29
I pray my children view their circumstances with You as the focal point and see that their problems are a platform to display Your power to act on their behalf … may they understand this, stand firm in their faith, and NOT let the enemy get the best of them! Matthew 14:24-33
Being filled with pride comes naturally. Give my children more heroes like David Robinson who gives all glory to You! It is only when my children finally admit their victories are simply reflections of Your glory that they are supplied with the supernatural strength of a humble spirit.
