As we walk through trials, our one mission is learning to rely on and trust God. Thank You for promising restoration and blessing as we practice our faith in the face of adversity.
Dt 30:2-3
Make my children willing to suffer for Your name, to choose not to sin and stand firm in pleasing You. This is one of the ways they show their love for You and place themselves in the Shelter of the Most High and causes them to dwell in love. Psalms 91:1
I pray my children learn this pattern: seek You, listen, trust You, then praise You while they wait! Help my children understand that praising You is the KEY to unlocking Your power into their current situation. It is all about faith… and when their faces are long and their spirits are hopeless… their faith suffers…
May Your word become a guide for my children so that when they read ‘let every man be quick to hear, ready to listen, slow to speak, slow to take offense and to get angry’ they take it to heart and implement Your wisdom! Jas 1:19
Teach my children to pray heartfelt and continuous prayers and reveal to them the life changing power available to those who live a life pleasing to you … may the resurrected power of Christ dwell in my children so they may become a mighty force for Your kingdom leading Your sheep back home! James 5:16-20
Lord, let me hear the sweet comfort of Your voice. Those moments when my mind becomes sharp, clear, focused and completely consumed by my connection to You. My Children will benefit as I carry them along my path, teaching them to walk with You also, and then rejoicing as they recognize Your voice and follow…
May my children recognize who they are … clay in the Potter’s hand. The pressure, spinning and heat may at times feel ‘too much’ for them as their lives are shaped and formed into vessels God can use to bless … as well as bless others. Isaiah 64:8
