Let my children savor the fruits of their own industry. Give them a spirit of independence so they taste the exquisite reward of freedom… then let them readily share the overflowing abundance of their hearts and their treasure… for when they truly love others my children will begin to see God’s hand working in this…

Make my children willing to suffer for Your name, to choose not to sin and stand firm in pleasing You. This is one of the ways they show their love for You and place themselves in the Shelter of the Most High and causes them to dwell in love. Ps 91:1

Build strong character in my children by teaching them the importance of self discipline. Their greatest victories will be their internal ones. Teach my children not to waste their time and energy on things that cannot be changed. Help them to look forward and press on. Remind them that You have plans for them and they are good.
