I pray your sword pierces my children’s souls so that the secret thoughts and purposes of their hearts may be brought out and disclosed … and if what they see is not pretty … I pray my children wake up, repent, and receive forgiveness. In doing so they will feel a spring in their step!…

Teach my children to pray heartfelt and continuous prayers and reveal to them the life changing power available to those who live a life pleasing to you… may the resurrected power of Christ dwell in my children so they may become a mighty force for Your kingdom leading Your sheep back home! Everyone has problems. Help my children see theirs differently and know that a problem is a sign they have a promise! As they suffer temporary situations or the actions of others they will learn to trust that You are steadfast and Your plan is to bless them… that as they suffer trials… if they persevere……

Do not allow my children to self destruct. Show them that the laws of nature apply to them, that their bodies are not invincible, that only their spirits abiding in You can withstand the pressures and focus of the natural world. Let my children live by their spiritual values every day. May these principals be the light that guides them and offers stability and structure to their inner world. When that world is in order, they can navigate their way through anything. Jos 1:7-9
