As a new day dawns, show my children what old ‘thing or habit’ they need to get rid of. They will not be held back by the past. They will move boldly into this day, their future… with no baggage or regret! Isa 43:18

Don’t let my children be discouraged by correction. Remind them that You discipline those You love, and punish those You accept as your children. Heb 12:5-6

Teach my children not to waste their time and energy on things that cannot be changed. Help them to look forward and press on. Remind them that You have plans for them and they are good. When my children choose to live by Your Spirit, give them a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time so they don’t get discouraged and give up. Show them opportunities to do good so they may please You. Gal 6:8-10  

The world around us is under the power and control of the evil one. My children are safe, Your Son holds them securely so that the evil one cannot get his hands on them. Keep my children away from anything that might take Your place in their hearts. 1John 5:18-19

You promise to make my home joyful and favored if I am just and consistently righteous. Make me grateful for that promise so that I take it. In doing so my children will taste the blessing and someday place their home on the same foundation as mine. Pr 3:33
