The world around us is under the power and control of the evil one. My children are safe, Your Son holds them securely so that the evil one cannot get his hands on them. Keep my children away from anything that might take Your place in their hearts. 1Jn 5:18-19

As my children mature, focus their energies on forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead. They are citizens of heaven, straining to reach the end of the race and make it back to You. Philippians 3:13, 20 

Faith enables my children to receive what God has already done. He has already made my children healthy, wealthy and wise… but they must believe it to receive it. Build strong character in my children by teaching them the importance of self discipline. Their greatest victories will be their internal ones. They will set their standards high by following the example of the spiritual strength and character needed to accomplish great things for You. Pr 16:32, Mt 16:24

Don’t let any unwholesome talk come out of my mouth, but only what is helpful for building others up. My children will know my criticism is for their benefit and not feel the sting but only the comfort of my hand leading them in the way of God. Eph 4:29

Thank You for allowing winds to come against my children. For it is in weathering their storms that they develop the strength and character necessary to succeed throughout their lives. James 1:2-4
