As my children mature, give them the right amount of Your wisdom at just the right time. May they steadily grow in Your Word so they don’t become overwhelmed and stumble. Your promises are great … but we must each learn the doors we must walk through in order to receive them. Psalms 112:1

Help my children understand what it means to honor one another above themselves. Let them experience the unexpected joy of helping others and the unbelievable peace that comes when they stop believing that their way is the only way. Ro 12:10

Make my children confident and courageous. Take their hand and lead them to start something today that they have been putting off rather than waiting for perfect conditions to begin. Take my hand, too! Ecclesiastes 11:4; Deuteronomy 1:29-30

Teach my children that they must first obey Your voice and step out into Your will, then You will give them the ability to accomplish the goals You have placed on their hearts. Show them through successes that the call comes first, and until they mature in You… the questioning… but ultimately, if they obey,…

Don’t let my children wait for the perfect conditions to occur before they take steps to reach the visions you have placed in them. May the power of Your Word through their faith in Jesus Christ propel them to take action to begin each new journey … and most importantly, when they are experiencing storms…
