When my children experience the majesty and beauty of the natural world, may they remember Christ and know that He is the restorer of their souls … that He is altogether lovely … and their friend! Song of Songs 5:16
The seeds have been planted! My children have talents they haven’t discovered and dreams that haven’t been filled. Give them the faith and patience to know they are evolving… to keep them humble in seasons of great harvest… and strong in times of lack. Gen. 2:8
Our world offers powerful substitutes for needs that only God can meet. Show my children that it is their union with Christ that makes them complete. He is the only answer. Colossians 2:8-10
May my children submit to Christ, stop fretting about their hurts and challenges and give them to You!!! May they spend time everyday thanking You and seeking You… so that they experience peace like a mighty river rolling through their obedient lives! Isa 48:18
I know all about sin! Let my children admit their shame to me so that I can help relieve their guilt, lighten the heaviness, and restore their spirits. I pray they take my hand… as I know the way to the cross! Gal 6:1 BG 7-26-08
Faith is a force that can change things in my children’s lives. I pray that their dreams and plans are in line with Your will. I pray that my children BELIEVE that what they ask WILL take place… and most of all I pray their faith grows so that You become the most powerful force…
