Give my children a hunger for Your word. Place them under the care of teachers and spiritual leaders who are strong Christians so they may further grow in truth. When facing our fears, You command us to banish all cowardice and flinching from our spirits, to not become depressed, dismayed or unnerved. Please remove any of these traits from my children so they are not blocked from entering their places of blessing. Deuteronomy 31:8
Build in my children a faithful heart… for their prayers to be answered my children must ask in faith without any doubting… for if they doubt they ought not to expect to receive anything from You! James 1:6-8
Reveal to my children their unique gifts. Give them the wisdom and courage to manage them well so that Your generosity can flow through them. 1Pt 4:10
I pray my children hear You when You speak to them… through pastors, their Bibles, nature, songs, whispers, and sometimes my voice. You speak to them throughout the day gently nudging them in the direction of Your will… may they seek You and be aware of Your constant presence. Rev 2:29
In the midst of painful experiences when they feel rejection by their peers, let my children hear the thousands of angels in joyful assembly. Let my children come into your presence through acts obedience. Give them patience and kindness, the true expression of love for all people, especially those that hurt them. Heb 12:22, 12:25,…
