As my children mature, give them the right amount of Your wisdom at just the right time. May they steadily grow in Your Word so they don’t become overwhelmed and stumble. Your promises are great… but we must each learn the doors we must walk through in order to receive them. Ps 112:1
Prepare my children to grasp the glorious future you have laid before them. Make their dreams strong and clear so they will have the vision to endure the trials and obstacles that will stand in their way. Ps 105:19
Show my children the importance of accepting other Christians, even when they don’t agree with them. Help them see that each person is responsible to the Lord and by His power He will help them do as they should. For You, God, have accepted them! Romans 14:1,4
My children will be the salt of this earth, daily preserving the attribute of Christ within them so they may bring forth Your love to a hurting world. Leviticus 2:13, Mark 9:50
I pray my children receive the steady supply of the Word they get each week by APPLYING it to their daily lives … not just to their lives … but through their lives by allowing the Word to transform the way they think then ultimately behave! 2Corinthians 3:18, 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
My children cannot throw out parts of the Bible they don’t agree with… they know this! Let them confess that Your works are marvelous, which includes their own bodies, inside and out!
