Show my children that they are Your masterpiece … that You created them anew in Christ Jesus so that they can do the good things You planned for them long ago. Ephesians 2:10

Give my children spiritual wisdom and understanding so that they will grow in their knowledge of You. Help them see that the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead is available to them.  Eph 1:17,19-20

My children will not receive the fruit of Your promise if they ask with wrong motives. I wouldn’t give a beggar provisions to buy beer and neither will God bless my children if they are solely motivated by their own selfish pleasures. Jas 4:3

My children will merrily traverse the path You have laid before them and never give up, even during trials. You will send wise travel companions to accompany them when needed, equip them with everything they need to persevere, and send encouraging supporters when they must walk alone. They are blessed. Jas 1:12

Keep my children from jumping to false conclusion. When they see each other seemingly displeasing You, let them take the time to ask for each other’s explanation. Most likely, all is well, as the Israelites discovered of their brethren in the matter of the Lord’s alter near the Jordan. Jos 22 I confess I belong…

Help my children listen to Your word and obey it. They will show others the goodness of God for You called them out of the darkness and into Your wonderful light. 1Peter 2:8-9
