Lord, help my children run with exuberance. Give them endurance by stripping off every weight that slows them down. Teach them to keep their eyes on Jesus and know that they are His joy.

Help my children understand that it is impossible to go through life without problems. Keep them calm and courageous so they will see that the storms don’t control their destiny, You do. Philippians 1:29, Mark 6:50, Acts 27:25
My children will smile today when they think of You. They will spontaneously do something nice for someone else as they are reminded of how much You have already done for them. Jn 4:23
I pray my children will invite the Word to penetrate them through and through with its full power and authority for the purpose of sanctifying them as they are trying to walk with You while battling peer pressure. John 17:15-18, 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
Take my children’s hand so they will feel the warmth of Yours. They will not seek pleasure from worldly desires that lead to destruction but rather seek experiences that draw them closer to You. They will give and receive only love. Dt 31:8
Let my children live by their spiritual values every day. May these principals be the light that guides them and offers stability and structure to their inner world. When that world is in order, they can navigate their way through anything. Joshua 1:7-9
Making God the ultimate authority in every decision my children make is the key to unlocking the door that releases peace into their lives. As Christians, the peace is always available to them (as is the love, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, & self-control) but they MUST choose Your will (they know the sound…
