Give my children resiliency and a sense of humor. They are a love letter from Christ to the world … and a crabby attitude to their lives is like illegible handwriting to Christ’s love letter.

You planted my children in the garden of their lives. Show them their role in tending that garden… that everything they need is there, but they must work it and take care of it to produce fruit. You give my children all the resources, but they must do their part! Ge 2:8, 2:15

Of course my children will sin, that is not the point. May they freely admit their sin so they will be forgiven and continuously cleansed from all unrighteousness. 1John 1:9

My children will not have the kind of faith that allows them to be lazy or apathetic while waiting on the Lord. They will use all that has been given to them to do all that they can… then trust God to do the rest. Prov. 16:9
