My children will acknowledge the personal corruptions present in their hearts and give those to You, but they will not use themas a crutch to justify their shortcomings. They will present their pure unblemished hearts before You by covering themselves with the blood of Jesus … and they will live free.   Leviticus 2:12

Teach my children not to condemn other Christians. Help them understand that we are each accountable to God. Let their minds be free of this clutter so they may focus on serving You. Ro 14:10

Keep my children from jumping to false conclusions. When they see each other seemingly displeasing You, let them take the time to ask for each other’s explanation. Most likely, all is well, as the Israelites discovered of their brethren in the matter of the Lord’s alter near the Jordan. Joshua 22

I pray my children know You through Jesus… for He is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to You but through Jesus! May they humble themselves and finally accept that they can NOT earn Your love, forgiveness, devotion, or salvation! Jn 14:6

Teach my children not to waste their time and energy on things that cannot be changed. Help them to look forward and press on. Remind them that You have plans for them and they are good.
