Somehow show my children (in a way that makes sense to them) that their job as Your child is to trust You… to be happy today even if they are in pain… For You have deprived it of power to harm them and have conquered it for them! Jn 16:33

Show my children that their job is to obey your commands and instructions and that Your job is to fight for them and clear the paths You’ve set before them… destroying all roadblocks that are keeping them from entering their place of blessing. The next time my children are offered an invitation to a pity party, their own or to that of a friend, I pray they turn it down. Let them become so filled with gratitude for all the good in their lives and may their eyesight become so sharp that they are able to point out…
