Lord, give my children the wisdom to find common ground with those You place in their lives. Fill them with passion for You so they may be a light to this world. Let them receive the joy that comes with Your blessings. 1Co 9:22-23

Thank You for giving my children tender hearts. Yes, they feel pain as their hearts break for what breaks Yours, and they feel the piercing arrows of Your correction. As a new day dawns, show my children what old ‘thing or habit’ they need to get rid of. They will not be held back by the past. They will move boldly into this day, their future … with no baggage or regret! Isaiah 43:18

Make my children willing to suffer for Your name, to choose not to sin and stand firm in pleasing You. This is one of the ways they show their love for You and place themselves in the Shelter of the Most High and causes them to dwell in love. Ps 91:1

Let the words of Christ, in all their richness, live in my children’s hearts and make them wise. They will use His words to teach and council each other and sing to God with thankful hearts. Colossians 3:16
