The hands of angels are holding my children, guiding them and protecting them from danger. I pray my children feel the warmth and protection of these celestial beings sent to them from God … I pray I feel them too!

I want to be a good example for my children. Help me understand that true joy and peace are directly tied to my faith. If I want more joy, or more peace… I must simply ask You for more faith. Just as eating pie brings a smile to my face, asking for more faith brings…
Show my children the steps they need to take to express their love to others… love is an action word. Let them begin to spend more time focusing on building relationships than building their toy box. This wisdom will naturally come to them as they are faced with their own mortality… they won’t long for…
The seeds have been planted! My children have talents they haven’t discovered and dreams that haven’t been filled. Give them the faith and patience to know they are evolving… to keep them humble in seasons of great harvest… and strong in times of lack. Gen. 2:8
Reveal to my children their unique gifts. Give them the wisdom and courage to manage them well so that Your generosity can flow through them. 1Pt 4:10
Teach my children the power of Selah (pause and reflect). Don’t allow them to race through life without capturing the meaning. When they experience those ‘ah ha’ moments, they will pause, give thanks for Your constant companionship in their lives, and then strive to comprehend that You were there all along. Psalms 3:1-8
Make my children willing to suffer for Your name, to choose not to sin and stand firm in pleasing You. This is one of the ways they show their love for You and place themselves in the Shelter of the Most High and causes them to dwell in love. Psalms 91:1
