My children give me hope and joy. They are my proud reward. Though sometimes separated, my heart will never leave them, and we will stand together before our Lord Jesus when He comes back again. 1Thessalonians 2:17-19

Make my children strong… may they NEVER opt for the easy way out and detach from people. Christ gave his life for people… and we were left here on this earth for the purpose of connecting! Mt 24:12, Jn 17:18  

Guide my children along right paths. Dr. Martin Luther King said, “Cowardice asks: Is it safe? Consensus asks: Is it popular? Character asks: Is it right?” Help my children do the right thing, especially when it costs them, when the wrong this is more expedient, or when no one is looking. Psalms 23:3

You planted my children in the garden of their lives. Show them their role in tending that garden… that everything they need is there, but they must work it and take care of it to produce fruit. You give my children all the resources, but they must do their part! Ge 2:8, 2:15

Let my children organize their time and follow through with their plans. In doing so, they won’t be consumed by the busyness of life and the frantic “catch-up” which steals their peace. Give my children a new heart and put a new spirit into them. May their hearts be soft and able to feel the exquisite pain of the piercing of Your arrows… so that their hearts are no longer hardened against the piercing of Your word and the teachings of our Master. Eze 36:26
