Show my children the steps they need to take to express their love to others… love is an action word. Let them begin to spend more time focusing on building relationships than building their toy box. This wisdom will naturally come to them as they are faced with their own mortality… they won’t long for…

Use me to fill up anything that may still be missing in my children’s faith. Make their love grow and overflow for each other and to everyone else so that Christ will make their hearts strong, blameless, and holy when they stand before You on judgment day. Th 3:12-13

May my children show and make obvious that they are letters from Christ delivered to the world by me… not written with ink but with the Spirit of the living God… not on tablets of stone but on tablets of the human heart.  2 Co 3:3

  When my children are on my last nerve and I feel overcome with irritability, selfishness, anger, or resentment for my present circumstances, may I recognize the root of the problem… which is NOT my children, but my hungry soul needing to rest in You.
