Pride is the bitter enemy of my children. Humility is their dear friend. May I humble myself before God so that humility will be mine. As my children witness my actions they will see with their physical eyes my transformation as I am given a humble heart. Keep my children away from complaining and arguing. Help them live clean, innocent lives as children of God in a dark world full of crooked and perverse people. Php 2:14-15
My children will consider the ways of the ant and be wise. The ant does not wait for someone to tell them how to survive, they just do it. Give my children the determination to accomplish the ingrained mission programmed into their very being … and the will to keep working daily toward that goal!…
Show my children that their job is to obey Your commands and instructions and that Your job is to fight for them and clear the paths You’ve set before them … destroying all roadblocks that are keeping them from entering their place of blessing. Speak tenderly to my children after You chastise them so they will be more open to receive Your forgiveness and subsequently obey Your voice. Give me a tender spirit also, so my discipline will be an earthly example of the freedom that follows repentance and results in obedience. Isa 40:1-2
