Help my children see that constantly seeking council from friends is a sign they aren’t hearing and understanding Your voice. Gently correct their sins so that their hearts will be pure and they can receive Your words. Mt 5:8

My children already possess everything they need to accomplish what they were sent to do. I pray they open their eyes and their hearts to the will of God and learn their mission… for they are equipped with the perfect tools to arrive at their destination… not anyone else’s. 1Pe 1:3-4

Teach my children to learn to hear and understand Your voice. Help them identify, confess, and receive forgiveness for any sin that is blocking Your communication with them. Open their hearts so they may walk in divine authority. John 15:3

Reveal to my children the secret to experiencing Your constant presence… God walks with and pours blessing upon those walking with him, not the other way around! May my children learn to walk with God rather than begging Him to walk with them! 2 Co 2:14, Ps. 84:5

Fill my children with joy by revealing their shortcomings. Do not let them erect defenses against their own inadequacies and try to hide their faults from themselves and others. Let them embrace justified criticism for what it is… encouragement towards spiritual growth. Pr 15:5
