Stop my children from praying for show! Don’t let them become like the hypocrites who love to stand and pray in the churches and street corners so they can be seen by men… for if they do their reward will come from men and not from You. Mt 6:5

Lord, help my children see that the temptations that come into their lives are no different from what others experience. You promised to show them a way out so they would not give in; let them see. 1Co 10:13

Help my children listen to Your word and obey it. They will show others the goodness of God for You called them out of the darkness and into Your wonderful light. 1Peter 2:8-9

I pray my children learn this pattern: seek You, listen, trust You, then praise You while they wait! Help my children understand that praising You is the KEY to unlocking Your power into their current situation. It is all about faith… and when their faces are long and their spirits are hopeless… their faith suffers…

I pray my children will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I confidently trust.” When they do, then He will cover them with His pinions, and under His wings they will find trust and refuge; His truth and His…
