Let me experience much joy and comfort from my children’s love, specifically their love for others. This kindness so often refreshes the hearts of God’s people. They worship You in serv- ing others and behave as true disciples of Christ. Philemon 1:7
May my children grow in the footsteps of Christ and become strong in spirit, filled with wisdom and may the grace of God be upon them. Lk 2:40
My children will smile today when they think of You. They will spontaneously do something nice for someone else as they are reminded of how much You have already done for them. Jn 4:23
When someone exits my children’s life … that doesn’t mean they are being abandoned … it just means that part of their story is over. May they continue to embrace those that cross their paths, then joyfully send them off at parting time. Ruth 1:14-16, 2Samuel 12:20
Let my children organize their time and follow through with their plans. In doing so, they won’t be consumed by the busyness of life and the frantic “catch-up” which steals their peace.
