My children have a hope and a future. Help them to focus on that, not the past. Use their pain to show them how to help bring healing to others… that it is the broken who become masters at mending.

May my children learn to abide in the Shadow of the Almighty by taking cover in Your light and letting You expose their sin so they may work to overcome it. In doing so, they embark on a journey of divine favor and protection.

Keep my children from jumping to false conclusion. When they see each other seemingly displeasing You, let them take the time to ask for each other’s explanation. Most likely, all is well, as the Israelites discovered of their brethren in the matter of the Lord’s alter near the Jordan. Jos 22

Show my children that their job is to obey Your commands and instructions and that Your job is to fight for them and clear the paths You’ve set before them… destroying all roadblocks that are keeping them from entering their place of blessing.
