By faith, my children will walk under the protection of their Lord. They will serve You and have no fear of being tormented or injured by the creatures of the pit. They are called to evangelize and to total faithfulness out of concern for others who do not share this protection, even in the face of martyrdom.

May the Holy Spirit be the greatest contributor to the level of trust my children have for You. The more they listen to His still quiet voice and obey His promptings… the closer they will come to reflecting Christ’s love to the world and the richer they will grow in the fruits of the Spirit….

My children will learn to be courageous much like they learned to walk. They will see Your outstretched arms and hear Your loving voice saying, “Come, you can do it!” Make them see that the assurance of Your voice, Your presence is all they need to tread safely into the unknown. Dt 31:6
Teach my children to be content regardless of circumstances. Once they finally learn to depend on You to fill their needs they will be free. Free from the bad moods of others, the ugly words of others, the gloom others bring into their day … my children were created with a need only You can…
Let my children recognize that the little rainbows in their lives (the small needs met at just the right time) are the signs that You care for them. I will watch for these moments in their lives also and together will worship You in gratitude and love. Ge 9:13-15
