I pray my children don’t become lifelong whiners… and I pray even harder that I don’t get sucked in by those who do! Give my children warrior spirits so they don’t freak out when they encounter trials (at least not for long!) Let me teach them (by example) to rise in the midst of adversity…

The fiery trials that come against my children are meant to burn the ropes that bind them and set my children free. May they stand in fearless confidence with steadfast patience and endurance so they may fully accomplish the will of God and receive what is promised! Heb 10:35-36, Da 3:23-25
The Bible warns us over and over about the consequences of defiance. The kings proved to God their unbelief because they were unwilling to take a stand against idolatry. Please reveal to my children the areas of their life they are living in defiance… then give them strong faith so they believe You! 2 Kings…
May my children learn to abide in the Shadow of the Almighty by taking cover in Your light and letting You expose their sin so they may work to overcome it. In doing so, they embark on a journey of divine favor and protection. Ps 91
