May those who care for my children find rest. Your Word teaches us that the natural path away from depression, lack of perspective, and a sense of hopelessness is to rest our bodies, receive the love being poured out to us by friends, and banish the whispers of fear by replacing them with Your voice…

Bless my children with the kind of faith that empowers them to receive what they ask for in prayer. Prompt them to forgive all grudges they are holding against others. My children will learn to be courageous much like they learned to walk. They will see Your outstretched arms and hear Your loving voice saying, “Come, you can do it!” Make them see that the assurance of Your voice, Your presence… is all they need to tread safely into the unknown. Dt 31:6

I pray my children will turn to You often throughout their day in praise and thanksgiving for the many many blessings You have given them… their warm beds, the refreshing warmth of the sun, the warmth of my smile, and all the little surprises waiting for them as they live today. Ps 19:13  

I Pray my married children never mistreat their spouse… not only will they hurt the one they love… they will block the blessings from the ONE who loves them! 1 Pt 3:7

I pray my children practice hospitality, serving others through the overflow of their blessings, especially other believers. Gal 6:10
