Lord, I pray my children put all doubts aside regarding the state of their salvation. They have asked You to be their Lord and Savior through the sacrifice of Christ Jesus… and their hearts are being transformed as they work to remove sin from their lives. Once the doubt is gone, they will truly be free to live wholly for you…and become the effective people You made them to be while on this planet.

Of course my children will fall, that is the nature of humanity! I pray they don’t view the fall as the end… but the beginning. Thank You for extending Your hand down to them… I pray they take it, rise in Your strength and finish the course You have set before them! Pr 25:16
Give my children the wisdom necessary to understand the magnitude of Christ’s sacrifice. You teach us that sin has earthly consequences and You also teach us how to avoid the eternal consequences of our sin. Go with my children into the New Year so they will live and not hide. Give them the catalyst to activate their faith… courage. Show them how to tremble their way to confidence, that courage isn’t the absence of fear, but the conquest of it. Dt 31:6
Your word teaches us that if anyone will not work, neither let them eat. As my children mature, help me identify appropriate ways to hold them accountable for idleness and not taking care of their business! 1Th 3:11-12
