My children will not have the kind of faith that allows them to be lazy or apathetic while waiting on the Lord. They will use all that has been given to them to do all that they can … then trust God to do the rest. Proverbs 16:9

As a new day dawns, show my children what old ‘thing or habit’ they need to get rid of. They will not be held back by the past. They will move boldly into this day, their future… with no baggage or regret! Isa 43:18

Give my children the wisdom of Joseph. To know that God is in control of our lives at all times,even in times of trouble. May they grow in this time so they will be prepared to accomplish Your will when the pieces fall into place. And they will!! Ge 45:8

I pray my children love those around them and remain faithful to others You place in their lives. When they do, my children’s lives will not only be filled with earthly blessings but more importantly have access to Your place of Shelter… and remind them that love is ‘doing’ not just ‘feeling’! Show them opportunities…

Build strong character in my children by giving them a clear sense of purpose. As they mature in character they will crave Your word, then all will be revealed; why we are alive, how life works, what to avoid, and what to expect in the future. My chil-dren will build their lives on eternal truths,…

May my children hear the whisper moving them to serve others. Their physical eyes hinder their God given sight… let them see past the physical imperfections of others and see what God sees! 1Jn 2:20, Jn 16:14
