Thank you for allowing winds to come against my children. For it is in weathering their storms that they develop the strength and character necessary to succeed throughout their lives. Jas 1:2-4

Fix my thoughts on what is true and humble and right. Let me think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. I will worry about nothing and pray about everything. My children will put into practice all they hear from me and see me doing. Ph 4:8-9

Teach my children to put all anxiety to rest and learn to pray the life changing power available to those who live a life pleasing to you … may the resurrected power of Christ dwell in my children so they may become a mighty force for Your kingdom leading Your sheep back home! James 5:16-20

Keep my children from jumping to false conclusion. When they see each other seemingly displeasing You, let them take the time to ask for each other’s explanation. Your word teaches us that if anyone will not work, neither let them eat. As my children mature, help me identify appropriate ways to hold them accountable for idleness and not taking care of their business! 1Th 3:11-12  

My children will make allowance for each other’s faults and forgive the person that offends them. They will be bound together by love and let the peace that comes from Christ rule their hearts. Col 3:13-15
