May my children’s ears be opened to the voice of reason. God will send wisdom through others, especially in the area of vengeance… and if my children withstand the urge to repay evil for evil… God will fight their battles and my children will see victory! (1 Samuel 25)    

May those who care for my children find rest. Your Word teaches us that the natural path away from depression, lack of perspective, and a sense of hopelessness is to rest our bodies, receive the love being poured out to us by friends, and banish the whispers of fear by replacing them with Your voice…

Reveal to my children their areas of weakness and help them avoid situations that tempt them to disobey You. Help them grow and mature but make them aware of danger zones so they don’t put themselves in harm’s way. They will run from temptations today! 2Timothy 2:22

Teach my children to feel good, invincible, happy, and free. Show them that the short lived relief from pain that comes from sin will NEVER compare to the eternal power of the Holy Spirit available to them every second of every day. Reveal to me the areas of my life that I have become dependent…

Help my children to listen to Your word and obey it. They will show others the goodness of God for You called them out of the darkness and into Your wonderful light. 1Pe 2:8-9
