Give my children Bible Promises in a bumper sticker world. Let them be as moved by scripture as they are by the latest quote! Your promises lead to a life of more joy, laughter, peace and contentment than any witty phrase. Rom 12:2, Psalm 1:1-3

I pray my children love those around them and remain faithful to others You place in their lives. When they do, my children’s lives will not only be filled with earthly blessings but more importantly have access to Your place of Shelter … and remind them that love is “doing” not just “feeling!” Show them…

When my children are on my last nerve and I feel overcome with irritability, selfishness, anger, or resentment for my present circumstances, may I recognize the root of the problem… which is NOT my children, but my hungry soul needing to rest in You. Just as I become a grouch when I experience physical hunger……

Give my children the best view of reality so they may have the clearest priorities. They will understand You are worthy and order their existence around You. Teach me to do the same! Rev 8:6-11,19
