Send a mentor into each of my children’s lives, someone who will learn their strengths and encourage them to grow in the direction of Your Son! Thank you for letting me shepherd my flock … and thank you for sending help! Philippians 3:17

Give my children the kind of faith that will give them the patience to wait for everything good that they want. Let them delight in and celebrate You so that You will give them the desires of their heart. Ps 37:4,7

Let my children savor the fruits of their own industry. Give them a spirit of independence so they taste the exquisite reward of freedom … then let them readily share the overflowing abundance of their hearts and their treasure … for when they truly love others my children will begin to see God’s hand working…

Teach my children to be joyful always, pray continually, and give thanks in circumstances, for this is Your will for them in Jesus Christ! 1Th 5:16-18

Place a burning desire in my children’s hearts to read Your Word … for every answer to every problem they are facing today can be found in their Bible. The printed words are like pipes, trans- porting life giving water into their souls … but they must learn to connect themselves to the source of…

Give my children one voice. Show them how displeasing it is to You when they withhold their love for each other and squabble. Give them an attitude of Christ Jesus towards each other. Ro 15:5-6
