Don’t let anyone lead my children astray with empty philosophy and high sounding nonsense that comes from human thinking and from the evil powers of this world… and not from Christ. Col 2:8

Lord, please reveal to my children the areas of their lives that displease You. Give them a wholesome dread of displeasing You so they will choose obedience. In doing so, they will release the power of Your blessings over their lives. Ps 25:11-14

May the Lord make my children increase, excel, and overflow in love for one another and for all people… just as I do for them! 1Th 2:14

I pray my children hear You when You speak to them… through pastors, their Bibles, nature, songs, whispers, and sometimes my voice. You speak to them throughout the day gently nudging them in the direction of Your will… may they seek You and be aware of Your constant presence. Rev 2:29

Do not let my children value what is worthy by the measure of this world. They will not fear displeasing their peers and being left out of certain circles, rather, they will develop a wholesome dread of displeasing You. Is 8:12-13  

My children will not be hindered by their past mistakes. When thoughts of hurt and betrayal enter their thoughts today, remind my children that You gave Your Son for their forgiveness… so they appreciate your ultimate act of sacrifice so that they may live a free, peaceful, and joy filled life.
