Let my children savor the fruits of their own industry. Give them a spirit of independence so they taste the exquisite reward of freedom … then let them readily share the overflowing abundance of their hearts and their treasure … for when they truly love others my children will begin to see God’s hand working…

Do not let my children develop an attitude of superiority. You created them to carry the burdens of others … and their load will require assistance, too. Let them receive the understanding and concept of teamwork and allow themselves to need help. The people You then place alongside them will take their breath away! 1Kings…

I pray my children yearn for Your presence, for when they do… it is a clear picture of a satisfied life. Just as those who drink water crave water to satisfy their thirst… those who experience the presence of God crave Him to satisfy their souls. Isa 55:1-2

We cannot produce peace, it is a fruit of the Spirit. When my children received Christ they also received His peace… they just don’t always know how to activate it. May they allow the Prince of Peace to govern their lives because it is in circumstances where my children submit to His will (not theirs)…

Show my children that the true church isn’t a building but Christ’s body. Help them see that they are a vital part of that body and lead them to take their place. Open their hearts to receive Christ so they may receive the benefits of His presence. Eph 1:22-23 I confess authority over the enemy…

Being filled with pride comes naturally. Give my children more heroes like David Robinson who gives all glory to You! It is only when my children finally admit their victories are simply reflections of Your glory that they are supplied with the supernatural strength of a humble spirit. Humility is not a sign of weakness……
