Let my children meet the needs of others. Give them abundant resources of all kinds so they can soothe a grieving world. Allow them to bring glory to You through their generous hearts.

I pray my children humble themselves and begin to understand their relationship with You. We are Your tools and You are the master craftsman. You give us talents and the will to develop them … You open doors and bring provision … we MUST give all glory to You … or we will fall. Isaiah…
Let me experience much joy and comfort from my children’s love, specifically their love for others. This kindness so often refreshes the hearts of God’s people. They worship You in serving others and behave as true disciples of Christ. Philemon 1:7
Show my children that keeping score is a sign of immaturity. Show them that forgiveness is defined by their actions … and that if they truly forgive someone who offended or hurt them, their actions towards that person will communicate that fact. Teach my children the power of Selah (pause and reflect.) Don’t allow them to race through life without capturing the meaning. When they experience those ‘ah ha’ moments, they will pause, give thanks for Your constant companionship in their lives, and then strive to comprehend that You were there all along. Ps 3:1-8
Let Your Holy Spirit lead the lives of my children. As they learn to yield to Your spirit, strengthen them to be a bearer of Your love to a broken world. May Your Holy Spirit give them great love for others. Col 1:8
Build in my children a faithful heart … for their prayers to be answered my children must ask in faith without any doubting … for if they doubt they ought not to expect to receive anything from You! John 1:6-8
I am praying this prayer over Jalen, Micah and Bryson and Jaden. Also, all of their friends at school, at church and those who are related to them. I pray this prayer over all of the children of families who call upon the Name of the Lord. May our children always know Who they are and Whose they are. May they learn to live like kings, queens and royal priests, calling godliness and virtue into this earth realm. May they decree and declare godliness in all of their surroundings and may they never hesitate to stand up for Christ.
