Give my children a sense of humor and resiliency. They are a love letter from Christ to the world… and a crabby attitude to their lives is like illegible handwriting to Christ’s love letter. 2 Cor 3:3

As my children mature, focus their energies on forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead. They are citizens of heaven, straining to reach the end of the race and make it back to You. Philippians 3:13, 20
Give my children the best view of reality so they may have the clearest priorities. They will understand You are worthy and order their existence around You. Teach me to do the same! Rev 8:6-11,19
Celebrate with me as my children skid into bed each night … exhausted, scrapped up, used up and out of gas … fill them up so they can work for You tomorrow as triumphantly as they did today! I will rejoice as my children live fully until the day You call them home. Isaiah 40:29,…
As we walk through trials, our one mission is learning to rely on and trust God. Thank You for promising restoration and bless- ing as we practice our faith in the face of adversity. Deuteronomy 30:2-3
I pray my children speak with You this morning, saying to You, “All You command us we will do, and wherever You send us we will go.” Joshua 1:16
As my children mature, I pray they begin to rejoice when they see people acting differently from ‘the world’… following the Lord in obedience instead! When my children truly begin to serve You… their definition of ‘cool’ will completely change from those imitating Hollywood… to those imitating Christ! 1 Co 13:6
No worries. I just finished praying with 50 students at school for the “See you at the pole” event. The Holy Spirit was definitely moving in the hearts of our children. NOTHING is going to bring me down today. Lori, may the Holy Spirit comfort you and remind you that in your weakness He is made strong.
